One aspect that could be improved is the lack of small holders for toiletries in the shower cabins.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location on a hill just a few kilometers outside town provides breathtaking views of Gavi's 16th century fortress. The rooms are equipped with WIFI and feature a nice balcony to hang out at. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The breakfast includes a nice Italian espresso and is included in the price.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel nestled on a hill just outside a quaint Italian town. The hotel offers exceptional value for money, with reasonable rates for a comfortable stay. I was impressed with the attention to detail, as every aspect of the room was well thought out, from the basic amenities to the free Wi-Fi, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The highlight of my stay was waking up to stunning views from my room's terrace, overlooking the picturesque countryside and a 16th-century fortress. And of course, the breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a delightful selection of food and a delicious Italian espresso included.

Personal welcome from the owner, excellent state of the apartment: new, clean and convenient.

We stayed there only for a night and we were the only guests. Our room was nice (it was not expensive so it was rather unspectacular) and clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and instead of a menu the cook just brought us everything he made freshly from the kitchen! it was delicious and we really enjoyed it. the landscape is amazing too, because the hotel is located on a hill and you can have a very nice view. all in all a really nice stay and we would come back again!

The hotel had friendly staff who greet us with a smile and the Wi-Fi speed was good. The views from the room were stunning, and it was quite peaceful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the ample free parking near the building.

Finding the property was a real challenge, with there being no clear sign and the GPS being our only guide. the check-in window was till 8 p.m., which was a struggle for us.

What an amazing Easter break we had! the rooms were very clean and we were provided with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the free parking and the complimentary Wi-Fi which made staying connected with friends and family back home very easy. we loved the location of the hotel, as it was situated in a scenic area with breathtaking landscapes. Oh, and breakfast was delicious.

We would have liked more entertainment options, such as a pool or a playground, as there was not much to do for children. the TV only had Italian channels, which was not ideal for us as we don't speak the language.
